I design for environments where the data is dense, the stakes are real, and users can't afford to be confused.

My work spans AI-assisted analytics, 0-to-1 data platforms, compliance workflows, and financial operations tools across fintech, banking, and regulated industries. In each case, the core challenge was the same: take something operationally complex and make it navigable — without stripping away the depth that expert users depend on.

I lead with research, think in systems, and deliver end-to-end — from problem framing and journey mapping through to production-ready design. I work best when the domain is hard, the user needs are real, and the answer isn't obvious yet.
